Quiet Nights Out.
(Top: Topshop | Headband: DIY | Skirt: Vintage | Belt: Glitterati | Shoes: SO! FAB | Bag: Marc Jacobs)

I have a confession: I haven't been going out much (thus the lack of blog posts!) It's been happening for the past 2 weeks but I reckon I find myself enjoying my time at the gym and at home or working at the store more fulfilling. People have noticed the very evident paradigm shift but it seems that I'm growing up and outgrowing the boozed up rubbing elbows at a crowded bar stage. Call it domestication, at its finest, but I am definitely enjoying this new so-called "me", sipping on my juju and wheatgrass rather than empty calories in an alcoholic cocktail. Even my household staff have taken notice on my very tame new side.

On this particular Friday night, however, I decided to go out of my comfort zone to meet up with my friend at a nearby wine and tapas bar. It was an early night but definitely lots of fun! It was a refreshing change, but trust me, I am in no position to trade in my workout gear for clubbing wear just yet....

My Accessories...

Check out my oh so amazing shoes from oh so fabulous shoe brand, SO!FAB which is one of my favorite latest new additions to my heel less collection! PS: It has a stunning lace strap detail which is just absolutely making me obsess on the pair particularly!

Black and Yellow.

(Top: Stylebreak | Belt: Glitterati | Skirt: Glitterati | Bag: Zara | Shoes: Soule Phenomenon)

Outfit for the SuperSale Bazaar, decided to edge it up (given I am quite the edgy girl) and recover from my pastel princess outfit from the last post. So, I paired a cropped studded bralet from Stylebreak (http://stylebreak.multiply.com) and a highwaisted skirt from Glitterati (http://www.shopglitterati.com.ph) which is half sheer and half covered. I cinched the look altogether with a studded belt. (Yes, I am giving in to the sheer trend, this was the perfect balance. Translucent + Studs...nothing sounds better) My brother found the outfit waaaay too formal and fashionable for a normal weekender but I told him I dress up to the nines...and it's all or nothing... MORE is MORE!

December 30,2010 Outfit.
Shirt (used as dress): Love Vintage
Studded belt: Zara
Boots: Online
Purse: Zara
Necklace: Glitterati

It was a rainy day and what better way to brave the wet weather? By whipping out those thigh high boots you've always had but rarely got to wear and strutting it. I never thought I'd be as ecstatic as I was that afternoon when I had to go out and it was pouring (I am perpetually in praise of the sun and seriously hate typhoon season/ cold temperature)... but for the chance to wear these boots, I was practically jumping for joy. Sorry for being superficial and easily swayed like that.

Spent the day with good friends and basically relished what was left of 2010, which officially is over! I cannot wait to post my New Year's Eve dress and share that with you all! Happy New Year. xx
